I'm Dr. Holly Kendra with Luminosity Wellness. I believe that light is the ultimate biological nutrient, and that as beings of light, we are designed to interact with it directly and indirectly. The ability to pair different wavelengths of light with various therapeutic frequencies allows us the ability to target the body in ways that allow it to shift into a state of parasympathetic dominance and truly heal.
